Shipping
Please allow 2 weeks from order for the product to be delivered. We currently deliver to the UK and Ireland. For shipping to Europe and the rest of the world please contact us at quotes@hutchinson-engineering.co.uk and we will submit a quote. All orders will be sent with recorded delivery and will require a signature.

Returns
All items must be returned new, unused and with all Hutchinson Engineering packaging. Please contact quotes@hutchinson-engineering.co.uk to arrange the return form. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.
Late Returns
Your purchase should be sent back to us within the 14 days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this period are accepted at the discretion of SJC Hutchinson Engineering Ltd.
Faulty goods
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
